Facility Guidelines:

~Use of commercial kitchen equipment may require knowledgeable personnel. Fees may incurred for these services. ~When the nursery or toddler areas are used, areas must be cleaned and restored to their original condition. ~User agrees to pay for damages to church property beyond ordinary wear and tear ~Use of alcoholic beverages and all illegal activities are prohibited on church grounds. ~Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in or around the church property. ~The user group agrees to comply with all rules and guidelines. ~It is understood that the Board of Trustees has final authority on all matters affecting the church grounds. ~User group agrees to indemnify and save Sunset Park harmless from all damages, judgments, expenses, attorney fees, and compensation arising out of personal injury, death, or property damages sustained in whole or in part by all or all persons whatsoever. ~WE must remember this is OUR church and we ALL need to work together to keep it nice and clean for the next group. ~You have permission to use the restrooms and the room(s) that you have reserved. ALL OTHER ROOMS ARE OFF LIMITS (including the playground). For Weddings: ~Music is allowed but dancing is not permitted ~The use of rice is not permitted outside or inside the building. Please be certain when your activity is completed: 1) Leave utilized areas in good order 2)Report damages or problems to the office 3) If you are NOT paying for custodian services, please be CERTAIN that garbage is taken out (including restrooms that were used), areas you utilized are wiped down and it is left how you found it. If additional custodial maintenance becomes necessary, user group will be charged hourly for these services .Kitchen Responsibilities: Do ALL the dishes using the sanitizing procedures that are listed. Put dishes away in cupboards where they belong. Wipe off all counter tops. Wipe off all tables used. Make sure someone sweeps kitchen and fellowship hall floors. Turn off coffeepots. Empty ALL garbage cans and put in new liners. By typing your name below, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the above guidelines.
